Welcome to Soltix, an innovative event ticketing platform designed to enhance fan engagement and ensure secure ticket transactions through the power of blockchain technology. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Soltix platform (the "Platform"), including purchasing and managing tickets for events. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Definitions
Platform: Refers to the Soltix website and mobile applications that enable the sale and management of event tickets.
User: Any individual or entity using the Platform, including but not limited to ticket buyers and event organizers.
Event Organizer: An entity or individual hosting events and offering tickets for sale on the Platform.
Ticket Buyer: A person who purchases tickets through the Platform.
NFT Ticket: A digital, non-fungible token (NFT) representing ownership of a ticket for a specific event, stored on a blockchain.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for any activity conducted through your account.
3. Ticket Purchases
Primary Market Sales Only: All tickets on Soltix are sold directly from Event Organizers. There is currently no option for reselling tickets on the Platform.
Blockchain Tickets: All tickets are issued as NFTs and securely stored on the blockchain. Ownership and transfers of tickets are tracked using this technology, although resale and transfer functionality is disabled.
4. No Resales or Transfers
Prohibition of Resale: Tickets purchased through Soltix are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Once purchased, the ticket is bound to the original buyer's account and cannot be transferred to another user.
No Secondary Market: The Platform does not support any form of secondary market for ticket resales or third-party transfers. Any attempt to circumvent this policy, including selling tickets outside the Platform, may result in the cancellation of the tickets and suspension or termination of your account.
5. No Refunds or Cancellations
No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Soltix does not process refunds, even in cases of event cancellation, postponement, or any other change made by the Event Organizer. Please review the details of the event carefully before completing your purchase.
Event Organizer Responsibility: In the case of a cancelled or rescheduled event, refund requests should be directed to the Event Organizer. Soltix is not responsible for handling or processing any refunds.
6. Fees
Platform Fees: Soltix charges processing fees for each ticket transaction. These fees will be clearly outlined before the final purchase and are non-refundable.
Taxes: Applicable taxes based on your location will be added to the ticket purchase price.
7. Taxes
Soltix facilitates the collection of applicable taxes based on your location and the event jurisdiction. Taxes on ticket sales and Platform fees will be charged accordingly, and it is your responsibility to review the total cost before completing your transaction.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
Use bots or automated systems to purchase tickets.
Engage in fraudulent activities, including attempting to resell tickets outside of the Platform.
Attempt to manipulate ticket prices or availability.
Any violations may result in the suspension or permanent banning of your account and potential forfeiture of any purchased tickets.
9. Ownership of NFT Tickets
Each ticket issued as an NFT grants you the right to attend the specific event and verify your ownership through the blockchain. You may store and display your NFT ticket, but as resale and transfer are currently disabled, you do not have the right to transfer ownership to another user.
10. Liability
Soltix is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
The cancellation or rescheduling of events.
Technical issues that prevent access to your NFT ticket.
Misuse or loss of blockchain credentials, which may result in loss of ticket access.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform will be resolved in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/Region]. Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation before pursuing legal action.
12. Termination
Soltix reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed appropriate.

This Refund Policy governs your purchase of event tickets on the Soltix platform. By purchasing tickets through Soltix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this policy.
1. No Refunds
All Sales Are Final: Once a ticket purchase is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Soltix does not process refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of plans or personal circumstances.
Event dissatisfaction or performance issues.
Mistaken or duplicate purchases.
Event rescheduling, postponement, or cancellation (see below for further details).
2. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling
Event Organizer Responsibility: In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or significant change, Soltix is not responsible for issuing refunds. Refunds, if offered, are at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer. Users must contact the Event Organizer directly to inquire about potential refunds or ticket exchanges.
Event Updates: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. It is your responsibility to stay informed about changes to the event, including any updated venue or time details.
3. No Resale or Transfer
Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets purchased on Soltix are non-transferable. As a result, you are unable to resell or transfer your ticket to another person or third-party platform.
No Refund for Inability to Attend: If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, including illness, travel restrictions, or personal conflict, no refund will be issued.
4. Chargebacks
Attempting to circumvent this Refund Policy by initiating a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If a chargeback is initiated, Soltix reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate your account.
Cancel your tickets without further notice.
Pursue legal action, if necessary.
